SIGA Live Games Accessories

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is looking to establish a two (2) plus three (3) one (1)-year renewal options Standing Offer Agreement with the successful vendor to supply and deliver the required Live Games Accessories on an ‘if and when needed basis” to its seven (7) casinos and SIGA’s Central Office.
Bidders shall quote in Canadian dollars and include all applicable tariffs, duties and taxes (excluding any applicable GST and/or provincial sales tax). Bidders must provide detailed description and specifications of each item listed in the below table. Delivery will not be included in the quote and will be paid by SIGA to the successful vendor at no cost (no upcharge).

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Substitutions will be considered. Please provide full specifications of the proposed substitution.
2. Bidders must provide Warranty period and Warranty coverage information in their bid submission.
3. The prices of the items in the above table may be used for evaluation purposes. Bidders must also provide their full Live Games Accessories Catalogue and the price of each item. SIGA reserves the right to alternatively use the prices of the catalogue items as part of the evaluation.
4. At the time of responding, bidders must be an active SLGA (Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority) Registered Supplier for Gaming Products.

5. Bidders to include specifications and pricing for all replacement pieces. Include a separate Appendix as required.
6. The successful vendor is required to fix the price for the initial two (2)-year term and provide details of any promotions throughout the contract initial term and renewal option years.
