SIGA Branded Long Sleeve T-shirts

Specifications:
Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of custom Long Sleeve T-Shirts to be shipped directly to SIGA various site locations (see delivery points table below).

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Substitution brands are allowed with equivalent quality to specifications. If you are bidding on a substitute, note the details on the brand and specifications with your bid submission.
2. The items must be shipped directly to each SIGA site. If possible, provide shipping cost to ship all items directly to Central office (as an alternative option).
3. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, tariffs, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
4. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
5. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
6. Production logo file will be provided in the appropriate format to awarded vendor.
7. Awarded vendor must provide Digital proofs to be approved by SIGA, prior to production.
8. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
9. A digital “mock-up” of the images/Logo placement on the merchandise are required with the bid submission. Approved image is not available, for mock-up purchases, just show the allowable size of image.
10. All applicable taxes, fees, shipping charges and setup charges are to be included in the spaced provided in the table above.
11. SIGA will obtain and provide all required permission to logo usage for this project.
12. Digital proofs must be provided and approved by SIGA prior to production.
