JOB: NUMBER CF 2024- Replacement of Roofs on 2 apartments 41 and 42, 1 Office building, 2 maintenance shops, 2 small gazebos, 4 small mailbox roofs, install tin on two small pavilions. Paint and replace siding as needed on 53 units. Paint all exterior trim on 53 units as well.
The Housing Authority of the City of Prescott, Arkansas, hereinafter called the “Public Housing Agency”, or PHA will receive bids for: The replacement of roofs and exterior work. The shingle must be 30-year architectural. Bids will be received until 2:30 pm. on Friday, April 24, 2026 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid packets can be picked up at 398 Hale Avenue or by calling 870-887-3718.
