Construction of approximately 1,500 linear feet of sidewalk improvements, including but not limited to site preparation of removal of existing infrastructure, tree removal, curb and gutter, ADA ramps, driveways, asphalt pavement, pavement marking, signing, landscaping, property restoration and other work necessary to complete the project. Engineer’s Estimate for this work is $950,000 to $1,150,000.
