Description:

The City of Clemson is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2026 Sidewalk Repair Project. The proposed scope of work includes the demolition of existing sidewalk and the installation of new concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, driveways and ADA ramps. The project has three specific locations: Clarendon Hall neighborhood; the corner of Skyview Dr. & Blueridge; and a driveway on Poole Lane.

Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. ET, April 16, 2026 and promptly thereafter all bids that have been duly received will be opened and read aloud. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., April 7, 2026.
