CITY OF NORTHAMPTON, MASSACHUSETTS

Sealed bids for Sidewalk Reconstruction along North Elm Street, Bedford Terrace, and State Street will be received by the Department of Public Works, 125 Locust Street, Northampton, MA  01060 until September 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Pedestrian improvements to the intersection of Bedford Terrace and State Street is also included. Florence Road sidewalk replacement is included as a bid alternate.

Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  Sealed envelopes containing bids must be clearly marked in accordance with the Bidding Contract Requirements.  Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or, CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
