The City of Mattoon is accepting bids for sidewalk improvements on Bell Ave from 13th to 17th street. All questions concerning the contract are due no later than Wednesday August 20, at 12:00 pm. Proposals shall be submitted on bid documents that are available to you. Sealed bids labeled “2025 Sidewalk Project” are due by 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday August 27, 2025, at the City Clerk’s office at 208 North 19th Street, Mattoon, Illinois 61938. The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
