Description:

The scope of work involved for this project is as follows:

  • The Project consists of approximately 11,000 SQ. Yards of Sidewalk removal, 81,500 SQ. Feet of 4" concrete Sidewalk and pathway. 17, 400 SQ. feet of 6" Sidewalk and ramps. 270 SQ. feet of 8" concrete Sidewalk and pathway.

This Project will be evaluated in a qualification-based selection process.  Each Proposal will be evaluated and scored based on its Professional Qualifications and Past Involvement with Similar Projects, Proposed Work Plan, Schedule, and Cost Proposal.  As such, Proposal prices will not be read at proposal opening.
