2026 Sidewalk Incentive - Baldridge Project

Pre-bid conference will be held July 29, 2026 @ 9:00 A.M Eastern Daylight Time, City of Upper Arlington, 3600 Tremont Road, Lower Level Conference Room, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221. Deadline for questions, submitted on the IonWave page (Bid Number: UA26-48) by July 31, 2026 at 8:00 AM.

The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming responsive or conditional bids.

Requirements of the City of Upper Arlington Affirmative Action Program are applicable.
