Informal Bids for “2025 - S. BENNETT ST. SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT” will be received by the Town of Southern Pines at the office of Public Works located at 801 SE Service Road, Southern Pines, North Carolina 28387, until 2:00 pm local time (EST) on 9th of October 2025.

The work will generally consist of one (1) block of sidewalk, curb & gutter, and stormwater improvements, that will connect to existing Town of Southern Pines’ infrastructure.

Specifications and proposal documents are open to public inspection and may be viewed at the Public Works Complex located at 801 SE Service Road, Southern Pines, North Carolina 28387, or downloaded from the Town of Southern Pines website at https://www.southernpines.net/bids.aspx .

No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 30 days.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
