2025 Sidewalk Curb & Gutter Replacement Project

Sealed bids for the work shown on the plans and specifications entitled:  2025 Sidewalk Curb & Gutter Replacement Project (“Project”), City Project No. 25-03, will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Union City, City Government Building, 34009 Alvarado-Niles Road, Union City, California, until Tuesday, July 29, 2025, 2:00PM PST, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers of said building.  The Engineer’s Estimate for the project base is $589,000.

The work under this contract consists, in general, of removing and replacing damaged sidewalks, curb & gutters, ADA ramps, and driveways, installing tree root barriers, tree removal, and other miscellaneous items shown in the plans, specifications and bid schedule. The work may also include asphalt concrete, traffic control and installing temporary Clean Water protection measures, etc.
