Description:

Sealed Bids, subject to the specifications and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA, until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT Wednesday June 4, 2025 , for the Shuford Ave. Water Line Replacement project .

The scope of work entails abandoning in place existing water mains and replacing with 6" PVC, removal and installation of new water services up to the meter, installation of new water provided water meters, restoration of utility cuts and traffic control.

The successful bidder shall commence work within seven (7) days after the Notice to Proceed is given to him by the City. Once the Notice to Proceed has been issued, the successful bidder shall complete all work within 90 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed.
