The Government anticipates issuing an solicitation Request for Quotes (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Shredding Services SPK HQ - Sacramento.

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and transportation to perform on-site document shredding and disposal services for the Sacramento District in Sacramento, California, as outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561990 All Other Support Services. The size standard is $16.5 million. Product Service Code is R614 Support- Administrative: Paper Shredding .

The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 27 March 2025 with quote due tentatively on 29 Arp 2025. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time.
