5.2.3 The contractor shall build a stub wall on the partition side of the shower; the entire interior of the shower shall be tiled.





This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



The solicitation number is 70Z03325Q31190047 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).



The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Technical Capabilities, Past Performance and Price.



Description of Requirement: shower replacement.



The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through 2025-04 Effective Date 06/11/2025, HSAR 12/26/2024, HSAM October 2009, CGAP 06/20/2025. Davis-Bacon Act WD #: OR20250092 Modification #4 Construction Building Last Revised Date Jun 27, 2025.



Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.



This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.

Size standards in millions of dollars is $22.0.
