SHOWER REPAIRS AT THE FIRE STATION HEADQUARTERS

The Town of Shrewsbury invites sealed bids for Shower Repairs at the Fire Station Headquarters located at 11 Church Road. All contractors must submit bids in conformance with this Invitation for Bids and the related documents which are available here at www.shrewsburyma.gov/bids and also in the Town Manager’s Office at 100 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury.

Work must be completed within 30 calendar days, excluding holidays and weekends, of full execution of the awarded contract.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Fire Station Headquarters located at 11 Church Road at 10:00 AM on October 26, 2026.

Bids will be received in the Town Manager’s Office at 100 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury, MA until 1 PM on November 4, 2026, at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids must be sealed and marked “Bid for Shower Repairs at Fire Station Headquarters” with the bidder’s name and address clearly noted.

A bid deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany the Bid and be made payable to the Town of Shrewsbury.

The Town reserves the right to waive any minor informalities in the bids and to reject any and all bids if it shall be deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so.
