Harris County Department of Education (“HCDE” or the “Department”) is conducting this procurement to establish a contract with highly qualified certified vendors registered and approved with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). The Initial Term of the prospective contract is a period of one (1) year.  The Department may elect, with mutual agreement of the awarded vendor, to extend any contract awarded pursuant to this procurement solicitation for up to four (4) additional one-year terms (individually, a “Renewal Term”). The maximum duration of any contract resulting from this procurement is a total of five (5) years, running from the date of execution of the contract by the authorized representative of the Department.
