Description: The Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking Request for Proposals (RFPs) from not-for-profit organizations with experience in operating a licensed, mental health housing program, to develop and operate a ten (10) to fourteen (14) unit Short-Term Transitional Residence (STTR) for adults with serious mental illness who need additional support to strengthen the skills needed to move to more independent housing. OMH intends to award one program in Broome County and one program in Columbia County.
