The County of Orange, Social Services Agency (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) at Tustin Family Campus (TFC). Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.
The proposed schedule below is subject to change. Any changes to the schedule for the Request for Proposals (RFP) process will be issued to all Respondents via addenda on the County's eProcurement Portal.
This is a fully electronic RFP. Respondents must submit their proposals online via the County’s online bidding system. Only electronic proposals will be accepted. Facsimile and e-mail proposals will NOT be allowed. The County Social Services Agency (SSA) is current requesting proposals to provide STRTP Services at TFC. The purpose of these services is to provid individualized, empowering, strength-based, trauma-informed, intensive treatment at support services to at-risk foster youth and/or non-minor dependents (NMDs), who are being serve by child welfare or probation agencies under the jurisdiction of the Orange County Juvenile Court and who require psychological, emotional, and physical safety.
