Sealed proposals will be received at the Town of Oak Bluffs Select Board Office, 56 School Street, PO Box 1327, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557 until 10:00 AM on October 18th, 2024, at which time and place they will be opened for the following:

SHORT-TERM RENTAL DATA INVENTORY WITH QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION OF PLATFORMS FOR STR MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE

The Towns reserve the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informality in the proposal process, if deemed in the Town's best interest.
