The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to
review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 26C465001 entitled,
CHP Modesto Area Office Protective Clothing and Operational Supply Rental Services.

California Law requires Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation, however, the DVBE participation requirement has been waived by CHP for this solicitation. Bidders who opt to utilize DVBE participation are eligible to receive DVBE incentive.
