Description
Description: The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking contractors to treat and reduce the abundance and extent of Phragmites and Japanese knotweed in Shirley Chisholm State Park (SCSP) in our New York City region and to initiate and continue the necessary work to reduce the abundance and extent of Lespedeza and mugwort in the Park throughout the life of the contract using Chemical Control and Mechanical Control treatment methods. Additionally, there will be two types of post-treatment seeding, which include disturbance (erosion control/cover crop) seeding and restoration seeding.
