ARKANSAS STATE GAME AND FISH COMMISSION
Sealed bids will be received by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission at 2 Natural Resources Dr., Little Rock, AR 72205 until 2:00 PM, Central Standard Time, Thursday, September 11th, 2025, and then publicly opened and read for the furnishing of all work required for the Shirey Bay Rainey Brake WMA Diversion Ditch Culverts and Assess Gates at Shirey Bay Rainey Brake WMA, Lawrence County, Arkansas, all in strict accordance with plans, specifications and contract drawings on display for review by prospective Contractors by contacting Jeff Haun, Project Manager at 501-412-5613 or Jeff.Haun@agfc.ar.gov .
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid site meeting at 10:00 a.m., Local Time, Thursday, August 28, 2025 at the North end of the Diversion Ditch just South of Lake Charles (36 03’22.4” N 91 08’ 50.4” W).
Pre-bid RFI’s will be accepted until Thursday, September 4, 2025.
Please note that this project is under strict adherence to the “Build America, Buy America” Act. It shall be bid and built according to these standards. More information can be found here: https://www.doi.gov/grants/buyamerica .
