Shirewood Lift Station Decommissioning

Project Description: Lake Stevens Sewer District is requesting bids for services for the demolition and removal of the existing concrete meter vault and wet well structures, demolition of all concrete pads, the removal of 20 plus trees, one of which is to remain, the removal of an existing retaining wall (The District wishes to start the project immediately after the award and to have all work completed within the time specified in these contract documents.
Engineer's Estimate is $108,000
A bid is therefore requested for the work described herein. Technical Specifications shall follow the latest edition of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI). General and Contractual Conditions shall follow the latest edition of the WSDOT Standard Specifications.
Bidding is by invitation only for small public works projects. A performance and payment bond and insurance will be required. A bid bond is not required. To bid the project, please fill out and sign the following proposal and return it to Lake Stevens Sewer District electronically, through MRSC Bonfire by 10:30 AM on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the time the bids are due. A voluntary site visit will be made available on October 16th, 2025 at 10:30AM.
