The United States Air Force Band will be attending an event in Basel, Switzerland in July 2025. A round-trip, international, palletized shipment between Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) in Washington, DC and Messe Basel in Basel, Switzerland is required. Bi-directional, international, door-to-door, white glove packing, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery is required for USAF Band items and equipment. The shipment includes approximately three pallets consisting of musical instruments, audio equipment, uniforms, and additional miscellaneous gear. The Vendor will provide trained, certified, and fully qualified personnel, supervision, task management, technical services, and required tools. The Vendor will be required to coordinate equipment movement and must be able to navigate all logistics between the two locations, including customs.
