SHIP Program Maria Quevedo

This project seeks experienced and qualified contractors to carry out comprehensive renovations and improvements for the Maria Quevedo property at 345 East 20th Street Hialeah, FL 33010. The scope of work includes shingle and flat roof replacement, partial windows replacement with impact-resistant product, HVAC replacement, HVAC AC duct cleaning, bedroom ceiling and window drywall repair, electrical panel replacement, and kitchen sink replacement.

We are looking for contractors who demonstrate expertise, financial stability, and a proven track record in similar projects. The selected vendor must be fully licensed in the State of Florida and capable of delivering high-quality results within the established timeline and budget.

This project is part of an ongoing initiative to improve residential properties under the SHIP Program.
