The Housing and Community Services Department is seeking experienced and qualified contractors for the Maria J. Martinez property located at 1225 W 35 St, Unit 7A, Hialeah, FL 33012. The scope of work includes kitchen and bathroom remodeling, baseboard replacements, bathroom foyer counter and sink renovation, removal of foyer door and side drywalls to create an open space and add a bathroom door.

We are looking for contractors who demonstrate expertise, financial stability, and a proven track record in similar projects. The selected vendor must be fully licensed in the State of Florida and capable of delivering high-quality results within the established timeline and budget.
