SHIP Program Maria Chicon

The Housing and Community Services Department is seeking experienced and qualified contractors for the Maria Chicon property at 870 SE 5th Place, Hialeah, FL 33010. The scope of work includes replacing windows and doors, replacing the damaged metal structure of the porch, painting the house exterior, repairing the trellis plastic cover, and re-caulking the two-bathroom shower floors.

We are looking for contractors who demonstrate expertise, financial stability, and a proven track record in similar projects. The selected vendor must be fully licensed in the State of Florida and capable of delivering high-quality results within the established timeline and budget.
