SHIP Program Enua Sanchez - Roof Replacement

The Community Services Division is seeking quotations from experienced and qualified contractors to establish vendors for our Homeowner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program. Contractors selected may be awarded based on their qualifications, cost-effectiveness, and capacity to complete work within the required timeframe.

The scope of work for the Enua Sanchez project includes:

• Roof replacement and repair of the entrance wood canopy structure.

The Selected Contractor is responsible for securing all applicable construction permits in accordance with local, county, and state regulations, including permits required for subcontractors. If the nature of the repairs necessitates the design, review, or certification of a Registered Architect or Professional Engineer, the Contractor shall include all associated professional services and fees within the submitted quotation.

This project is part of an ongoing initiative to improve residential properties under the SHIP Program.
