SHIP Program Daisy Sanchez

The Housing and Community Services Department is seeking experienced and qualified contractors for the Daisy Sanchez property located at 937 W 44 Street, Hialeah, FL 33012. The scope of services includes full-structure tent fumigation, HVAC system replacement and duct cleaning, windows and exterior doors replacement, master bathroom renovation, hallway bathroom renovation, plumbing drainage issues, water heater replacement, washer and dryer replacement, exterior house painting, exterior door removal and infill CMU wall and install new interior door.

We are looking for contractors who demonstrate expertise, financial stability, and a proven track record in similar projects. The selected vendor must be fully licensed in the State of Florida and capable of delivering high-quality results within the established timeline and budget.

This project is part of an ongoing initiative to improve residential properties under the SHIP Program. The primary goal is to create safe, code-compliant homes by addressing critical repairs and upgrades that ensure safety, efficiency, and accessibility. These improvements are designed to enhance the quality of life for homeowners and promote long-term stability while maintaining compliance with local and state regulations.
