Shewmaker Interceptor Phase 1 Tree Clearing

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, licensed and insured, and experienced contractors for tree clearing operations associated with the future Bentonville Shewmaker Sewer Improvements project located in North Bentonville along the proposed Shewmaker Creek sewer alignment between NE Tiger Boulevard and NE A Street, inclusive of but not limited to felling and mulching and/or removal of all trees within the designated clearing limits; mulching and/or lawful disposal of all downed trees and vegetation in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. All necessary work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by the City in the IFB-26-05 Bidding Documents, for the City of Bentonville Water Utilities Department.

There will be an OPTIONAL Pre-Bid Meeting held on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST, located at Bentonville Municipal Complex, Water Utilities Conference Room A133,3200 SW Municipal Drive Bentonville, AR 72712. There will be a site walk after the Pre-Bid (weather dependent). Attendance to the Pre-Bid Meeting is optional, but highly encouraged. City Staff will meet Bidders in attendance and begin the pre-bid meeting at 10:00 AM sharp.
