Project Description: The project generally consists of a new 2,755 SF Pre-engineered Metal Building (PEMB) climate controlled administrative suite addition to the existing Maintenance Barn. The existing maintenance barn will have exterior and interior renovations including new metal panel skin and renovated interior support spaces. For bidding purposes, it is estimated that the city will spend approximately $4,500,000.00 for this project.
