This project involves upper roof replacement at 710 Sherman Pkwy Roof Replacement-NHPD . The Project consists of removing existing roofing, drain assemblies, insulation, and flashings. Remediate existing ACM tar flashing. Replace deteriorated portions of metal deck. Raise existing mechanical equipment roof hatch and extend plumbing vents.
