Upper Roof Replacement - Remove existing roofing, drain assemblies, insulation, and flashings. Remediate existing ACM tar flashing. Replace deteriorated portions of metal deck. Raise existing mechanical equipment roof hatch and extend plumbing vents. Perform masonry repair on chimney and parapet, and install new roofing and insulation assembly, drains, and flashings.
