General Notice
The Village of Plain City, Ohio is requesting Bids for the Shepper Avenue and Converse Avenue Rebuild.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received through BidExpress until March 17 at 12:00 PM
local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in the Village Council
Chamber at the Municipal Building, located at 800 Village Boulevard in Plain City. The bid opening may
also be attended virtually through Microsoft Teams. The link to join is below:

This project will reconstruct Shepper Avenue and Converse Avenue and resurface East Third Avenue in
Plain City to provide roadway corridor and drainage improvements. The existing 6" water mains will also
be replaced with new 8" mains.

lists of registered plan holders, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project.
