SHENNECOSSETT GPLF COURSE MAINTENANCE FACILITY FIRE PROTECTION AND FIRE ALARM

Provision and installation of new underground sprinkler main tapped off of city water main, installation of new wet type sprinkler system, and installation of fire alarm system with devices in the Shennecossett Golf Course Maintenance Facility. Contract documents, including Plans and Specifications, are available on the Town of Groton Website: www.groton-ct.gov. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at: 284 Plant Street, Groton CT 06340 at 10:00am on January 8, 2026.
