PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded using best value tradeoff as the source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15. Accordingly, we are requesting you review the information within the solicitation and attachments.

SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) set-aside acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation.

NAICS CODE: 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, size standard of $45M.

MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

WAGE RATES: Davis Bacon General Wage Decision Number: VA20250084, Page County, Virginia; Construction Type: Highway

DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 75 calendar days from notice to proceed; the period of performance is negotiable.
