This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF25QA016 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The requirement is subject to the Availability of funds; Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government anticipates funds will be available prior to award as this action has been identified on the national guard priority list
The NH National Guard requires the following items:
CLIN 0001: 20’ x 45’ x 20’ Controlled Humidity Preservation Shelter (Qty: 2 each)
A qualifying Controlled Humidity Preservation (CHP) Shelter should be: humidity and temperature controlled; protect vehicles from the effects of the sun/rain/snow (moisture); a portable structure; approximately 20 ft width, 45 feet in length, and 20 ft in height to shelter the M777A2 platform with sufficient buffer space to access the equipment. Utilizes external input for power with option for solar power. Must have ability to keep vehicle batteries charged. Remote control of the system with alerts and notifications for effective monitoring of the equipment.
CLIN 0002: 15’ x 25’ x 15’ Controlled Humidity Preservation Shelter (Qty: 2 each)
A qualifying Controlled Humidity Preservation (CHP) Shelter should be: humidity and temperature controlled; protect vehicles from the effects of the sun/rain/snow (moisture); a portable structure; approximately 15 ft width, 25 feet in length, and 15 ft in height to shelter Firetruck platform with sufficient buffer space to access the equipment. Utilizes external input for power with option for solar power. Must have ability to keep vehicle batteries charged. Remote control of the system with alerts and notifications for effective monitoring of the equipment.

Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.
