Notes	The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: Shell Road Waterline Improvements – Phase II The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for installation of 4,000 LF of 16” DIP waterline, 2,800 LF of 12” PVC waterline, 750 LF of 16” Directional Bore, fittings, appurtenances, and other miscellaneous construction activities. Bids may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before May 22, 2025 at 3:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. Questions regarding use of the E-bid System may be directed by email to: nicole.abrego@georgetowntexas.gov Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626. Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening.
