Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on site at the location of the drainage improvements (Pinebrook Boulevard and Tulip Lane, New Rochelle, NY 10804). The meeting will gather and start at the corner of Winding Brook Road & Tulip Lane on the date specified in the Bid Schedule below. This meeting is not mandatory but all bidders are encouraged to participate to familiarize with site conditions.
