This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2025-03. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is #15A00025Q00000024.





All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian Wilkins at Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and shall reference the solicitation #15A00025Q00000024. All questions shall be received by 5:00PM EST on February 14, 2025. Questions received after the stated time and date will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. All Quotes shall be submitted via email to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov. All Quotes shall be received by 5:00PM EST on February 21, 2025, and shall reference Solicitation #15A00025Q00000024. Quotes received after the stated time will not be accepted.





The contractor/awardee must comply with provisions and clauses/terms & conditions (T&Cs) incorporated herein via full text and by reference.



The purpose of this Admendment is to extend the due dates for quotes to February 26, 2025, 5:00pm EST and to provide the Q&A's.
