*for 12 Month Subscription- 7/17/26-7/16/27
*Quote must be valid through 7/17/26.

Supplier will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions that are attached in order to participate in this sourcing project.

Please attach a formal quote including contract and catalog numbers.

Please attach any terms and conditions for review, if applicable.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attached.

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
