Shamrock Gardens Storm Drainage Improvement Project

Project Description: This construction project is situated near Eastway Drive and Shamrock Drive and involves addressing a deteriorated corrugated metal pipe system within the Shamrock Gardens Apartment complex, as well as mitigating flooding at multiple roadway crossings. An analysis of existing conditions will be performed to determine portions of the storm drainage system that need improvement. This will include planning, analysis of improvement alternatives, and design and construction of the necessary improvements. The Shamrock Gardens Storm Drainage Improvement Project is bordered by Purser Drive to the north, Shamrock Drive to the south, Briar Creek to the east, and Eastway Drive to the west.
