Shade Structure Project

The Work generally consists of: The project involves furnishing and installing new shade structures at four City of Vista park playgrounds: Breeze Hill Park, Shadow Ridge Park, South Buena Vista Park, and Thibodo Park. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, shipping, and related services necessary to complete the installations.

Work includes verifying field conditions prior to fabrication, delivering all components, and installing the shade structures either over or adjacent to existing playground areas, depending on site layout. The City will complete any required playground surfacing repairs following installation.

For all locations, the contractor will supply engineering drawings, ensure proper shipping and protection of materials, and provide products suitable for long‑term outdoor public park use.

The Work will take place at the following locations within the City of Vista, California:

• Breeze Hill Park – 645 S. Melrose Drive

• South Buena Vista Park – 1602 Mountain Pass Circle

• Shadowridge Park – 2101 Lupine Hills Drive

• Thibodo Park – 1150 Lupine Hills Drive
