Scope of Work:
Installation of a new 30’ X 30” shade structure with ADA access and picnic tables.
It is WCSD's opinion that the scope of work for this project qualifies for the following license groups: B, B2 and B5 licenses if, more than two (2) building trades are utilized; or Specialty License C3 and C14 if the bidder is performing the majority of the work per NRS 338.139.
If a Contractor would like to seek clarification from the Nevada State Contractor’s Board, then they must do so ten (10) days prior to the bid due date. https://www.nvcontractorsboard.com/
Sealed bids for the Shade Structure Installation at Lincoln Park Elementary School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on August 5, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
