2026-27 SHACOG Purchasing Alliance Rock Salt Bid

Project Description: Bids will be received by the South Hills Area Council of Governments (SHACOG) Purchasing Alliance until 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 2, 2026, to be opened and posted immediately through the PennBid electronic procurement platform.
ROCK SALT (BULK)
The SHACOG Purchasing Alliance HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that specifications and proposal forms for the following project entitled: 2026-27 SHACOG Purchasing Alliance Rock Salt Bid may be obtained through pennbid.net (“PennBid”) available June 11, 2026.
Each bid must be accompanied by a BID BOND in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($100,000.00) DOLLARS, made payable to the "SHACOG Purchasing Alliance and Its Participating Municipalities.”
The legislative bodies of the member municipalities reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any minor discrepancies in the bid or specifications when deemed to be in the best interest of the municipality.
