Summary

The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the resurfacing of portions of Commerce Rd, Broad Rock Blvd, and Bells Rd. The work will include, but may not be limited to, milling, overlay, patching, restoration, sidewalk repair, handicap ramp upgrades to meet ADA requirements, pavement marking, utility adjustments, replacement of traffic loops, sweep cleaning, and all necessary preparation and finish work.
