Summary
DEW seeks a supplier to print and ship approximately 2,612 24"x18" two-sided yard signs with yard stakes
2,532 to 153 sponsor locations in Ohio,
30 English/Spanish signs with stakes to one location, and
50 English signs with stakes sent to DEW in boxes of 5. Please see attached specification sheet for further printing detail.

All deliveries must be made by May 8th, but may be shipped as early as possible. Selected Supplier will be responsible for both printing and shipping.

Yard Sign Printing Requirements
• A total of 2583 yard signs in English with metal yard stakes to be printed and
delivered to 153 sponsor locations in Ohio, quantity per location will be specified in
mailing list.
• 50 yard signs and stakes to be sent to DEW in packs of 5.
• 30 yard signs and stakes with English on one side and Spanish to be sent to one
sponsor location.
• Mailing list with quantity per location will be sent upon award of bid.
Printing Specifications
• 2582 full colored, print two sided, with weather-resistant UV ink on 4mm corrugated
plastic, and 2582 metal yard stakes.
• 30 full colored, print two sided (English/Spanish), with weather-resistant UV ink on
4mm corrugated plastic, and 30 metal yard stakes.
