Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12 and utilizing the procedures of FAR 13. Firm fixed-price quotes are being requested for toilet pumping services to be performed in Washington County, Utah. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This RFQ is a total small business set aside under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 562991-Septic Tank and Related Services with a size standard size of $9M.

Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system. There is NO fee to register for this site.
