    Direct Care and Treatment, Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is requesting proposals to provide Sexual Violence Risk Assessment for MSOP patients, as well as provide testimony at the Special Review Board (SRB) and, if called as a witness, Commitment Appeal Panel (CAP). Responders may be asked to provide consultation related to, but not limited to risk appraisal, implementation of current best practices, as well as research and theories in the field.
