REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Klamath County Board of Commissioners invites proposals from qualified providers to develop and provide Sex Offender Treatment Services as described in the RFP document.

The RFP document and other data pertaining to the Proposal may be obtained from the undersigned at 305 Main. The RFP is also available on the web at http://www.klamathcounty.org/Bids.aspx . Any party downloading the RFP packet from the web will be responsible to check for any addenda issued for this project.

There will be no Pre-Proposal meeting.

Sealed proposals marked “Sex Offender Treatment Services” will be received by Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager at 305 Main Street, Room 216, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601 until 2:00 p.m., November 14, 2025. No bid shall be considered if faxed, electronically submitted or received later than 2:00 p.m., November 14, 2025. The bids shall be opened at the Klamath County Government Center at 305 Main Street on November 14, 2025.

Klamath County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may for good cause reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so. Klamath County reserves the right to rescind the award of any contract at any time before the execution of said contract by all parties without any liability against the County. All proposals are subject to Oregon Law bid procedures.
